Missions & Objectives

1.	to promote the exchange of academic/technical information and skills between its members and between the society and the practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine overseas;
2.	to promote and enhance the standard of practice and academic research in Traditional Chinese Medicine among members;
3.	to do research and to propagate the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine so as to safe-guard public health;
4.	to encourage interaction and exchange of ideas between members and practitioners of orthodox medicine; and
5.	to encourage interaction between English and non-English speaking members as well as to maintain links with government bodies, statutory boards and various organizations of the same nature
6.	In furtherance of the above objects, the society may provide consultation and expertise services to the general public, government bodies and various organizations.
